I’m Bea.

I am an Executive Producer and creative strategist specialising in narrative and partnership-led audio.

My work spans documentary, investigative and high-profile interview formats, with multiple award nominations including the Audio Production Awards (Producer of the Year nominee), The Webby Awards, The Lovie Awards, The British Podcast Awards and The International Women’s Podcast Awards.

I develop and lead editorial strategy for projects that inform, challenge and reframe underrepresented stories with rigour, care and cultural intelligence. My work is driven by clarity of narrative, strong talent direction and commercially astute creative execution.

I am the founder of The Entry Level Audio Network, established to create meaningful access and professional pathways into the audio industry, and remain committed to strengthening the sector through mentorship, advocacy and structural change.
